Did you RSVP to our Home Buyer’s Seminar?

We are preparing to host a Home Buyer’s Seminar for anyone who is a first time home buyer, a move up or down buyer or even a buyer who is looking to purchase investment properties. We will be able to educate you across the board for whatever you pan to do. Jeff Sanker from Primary Residential Mortgage, Doris Hall-Scheeler from Sage Title Group and Stephan Quigley of National Property Inspections will be joining us as well.

The event will be segmented to last an hour and a half. It will take place on Saturday, February 22nd from 9:30-11:00am at our office. Our address is 2225 Old Emmorton Road, Suite 207 in Bel Air (directly behind the Festival Shopping Center). We will be providing refreshments and a late breakfast.

This seminar will allow us to educate you on what you’re seeing in the buying process and also give you a seller’s point of view. We will also be looking at different areas of home inspection through different areas of homes to problems we face every day. Other topics include titling and the issues with getting a loan in today’s market.
